Hi, just wanted to let you know that we solved the problem with the Primo Water Unit dispensing hot water.
Turns out the installer ran the Primo Water supply pipe along the hot water line to the kitchen sink, effectively turning the Primo Water Unit into a hot water dispenser.
We removed all zip ties attaching both lines together and did a few handyman tricks to keep the lines separated.
The Primo Water Unit now dispenses cool water as it was always meant to do.
Yeah!
